With over 30 years of experience, Bioneer has grown from a pioneer in genetic technology in Korea to a global leader across six key sectors: life science, molecular diagnostics, precision medicine, probiotics, advanced nanomaterials, and cosmeceuticals. /ppJob Overview /ppAs part of our continued global expansion, we are seeking an independent contractor to serve as a local sales agent for our flagship product, CosmeRNA. /ppThis role is structured as a non-exclusive service agreement and is responsible for identifying, approaching, and managing relationships with clinics, dermatologists, trichologists, and aesthetic centers to promote and facilitate the distribution of CosmeRNA. /ppThis is a client-facing sales position that involves both field visits, cold calling and consultative selling, offering a high level of autonomy to develop and execute localized B2B sales initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in educating healthcare professionals, building long-term trust, and driving purchase orders through direct relationship management. /ppThe position is ideally suited for professionals with strong communication skills, an existing network in the beauty or clinical aesthetics industry, and a results-driven mindset. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliIdentify and reach out to potential B2B clients including clinics, dermatologists, trichologists, and aesthetic centers through prospecting, networking, and cold calling. /liliPresent and promote CosmeRNA to medical and aesthetic professionals through in-person visits, calls, and digital outreach. /liliEducate clients on product features, clinical background, and application methods to support sales. /liliDevelop and execute localized B2B sales strategies tailored to regional market dynamics. /liliTrack and report sales activities and outcomes periodically (e.g., monthly summary), in a mutually agreed format, to support performance review and market strategy adjustments. /li /ulpPerson Specifications /pulliProven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the beauty, pharmaceutical, or clinical aesthetics industry. /liliExisting client network in the beauty, medical aesthetics, or trichology sectors is highly preferred. /liliStrong understanding of the local healthcare and beauty market dynamics, particularly within clinics and aesthetic centers. /liliValid driving license and ability to travel for client visits as needed. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /liliSelf-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently without daily supervision. /li /ulpWhat We Offer /pulliCommission-based compensation: Up to 15% depending on sales volume per month/quarter (paid monthly based on cleared invoices) /liliFull remote working flexibility. /liliOpportunity to lead and grow the market for a high-potential global brand. /liliFull autonomy over when, where, and how you choose to promote the brand, with no fixed hours and no mandatory targets. /li /ulp*All deliverables and scope of services shall be governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA). /ppFor more information about the product, please visit /p
