We are specialists aligned to Accenture’s priority business offerings, with expertise in go-to-market strategies and positioning Accenture to win new business. We work with offering leadership, providing market insights, tailored messaging, and curated sales assets to originate, sell, and win.
M&A Solution Advisory is part of the Strategy & Consulting Global Network and extends the Accenture Transaction Advisory practice. We collaborate with M&A and Private Equity practitioners, industry experts, and client leadership to help originate deals, develop discussion documents, craft proposals, and provide analyses.
You are :
An M&A Solution Advisory Manager with experience working with senior stakeholders. You possess executive presence and deep M&A expertise. You understand how to win consulting work, build trust, and partner effectively with senior leaders. While client-facing duties are not primary, you exemplify client-centricity and a commitment to client value creation.
What would you do?
The M&A Solution Advisor develops proposals related to deal planning, transaction execution, and value creation for corporate and financial investors, aligned with Accenture’s offerings:
* Pre-deal support, including market assessment, target profiling, and due diligence
* Merger integration, such as day 1 readiness, post-close support, and value capture
* Carve-out and divestiture, including design, execution, and transition to standalone
* Corporate and portfolio strategy, including operating model design and digital transformation
* M&A capability development, such as maturity assessments
The Manager acts as a client team extension, developing proposal content, managing stakeholder relationships, and building trusted partnerships.
What are we looking for?
* Structured thinking with a quantitative mindset
* 5–8 years of experience in transaction management and M&A programs
* Knowledge of the deal lifecycle and M&A constructs
* Experience in business development and proposal writing
* Proficiency in English (oral and written)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
* Relationship management skills and collaborative attitude
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

* Create proposals for clients and investors, collaborating across teams
* Build relationships to support deal origination and sales efforts
* Align content and messaging with deal teams
* Maintain sales assets and knowledge repositories
* Coordinate with graphics and research teams
