Job Description
The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel is looking for a Shift Leader to join our team.
* Coordinate and supervise staff operations during the assigned shift, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
* Ensure that standard operating procedures are followed and promote a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
* Address guest needs and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
* Collaborate with the management team to plan and implement strategies for service improvement and guest experience enhancement.
* Train and develop new and existing staff, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
* Oversee daily operations, including sales reports, inventory, and cleanliness of work areas.
* Ensure all safety and hygiene regulations are complied with.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the following attitude, behaviors, skills, and values:
* Shift Leader experience in hotels of the same category.
* Excellent command of Italian and English. Additional languages will be appreciated.
* High school diploma or GED; experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
* Calm, organized work, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred.
* Proficiency in Opera PMS, MGS, MARSHA Operational Systems required.
