Position: Project Manager / Junior Project Manager Join 2night as a Project Manager! We reinvent experiential marketing every day, in Italy and worldwide. You will participate in the execution of an important tour of events, managing the event, coordinating logistical teams across different hubs, and liaising with other stakeholders and clients. Join our Brand Event Team, the core of our experiential marketing projects. Collaborate with an international brand to create innovative and engaging experiences. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all project phases independently and manage the dedicated team. You will coordinate local hubs to ensure efficient procurement and logistics of tour materials. Manage relationships with clients and other agencies involved, monitoring progress, timelines, and budget adherence. Collaborate with various departments within 2night, including Future Hackers for technological innovations, Graphic Designers for branding materials, Safety and Security teams for event security, and Strategy for new concepts.
