In order to strengthen the commercial division, we are looking for a Junior Sales Intern to join the Urban Academy division, dedicated to developing new business and training new commercial talents within the Group.The selected candidate, working alongside the team and under the supervision of a company tutor, will mainly be responsible for:Supporting the identification of new business opportunities and lead generation.Collaborating in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.Participating in research and analysis activities related to the market, competitors, and industry trends.Contributing to CRM management and monitoring of sales pipelines.Assisting the team during meetings with clients, prospects, and stakeholders.Taking part in trade fairs, events, conferences, and networking activities to help create new business opportunities.Requirements:Degree in fields related to Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or similar disciplines;Interest in the world of media, urban communication, and innovation;Previous experience, even short-term, in sales, marketing, or events is a plus;Commercial mindset, results-oriented approach, and excellent interpersonal skills;Proactivity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic and stimulating environment;Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;Good command of English.Interested candidates may send their application, including authorization for the processing of personal data in accordance with Legislative Decree 2018/101 and the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
