Posizione: We are currently looking for a dynamic, creative and enthusiast Social Media Manager for our Milan office. You will design social strategies, write social copies and liaise daily with creatives, designers and media planners in a vibrant and positive working environment. Key Responsibilities - Work closely with the Creative team to develop innovative and creative social media content plans; - Conceptualize and create great organic content focused and tailored ad-hoc for each different channel - Create the content and manage the editorial calendars for channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc., as well as managing the editorial calendar - Write social media copies in Italian and English (with mother tongue supervision) - Manage the social media communities and reply to comments and messages on behalf of the Client - Monitor, report and evaluate clients’ social channels, industry trends and competitor activities - Report on main KPIs for all channels involved - Manage occasionally social influencer projects - Help with ad-hoc tasks related to Social Media and PR Requisiti: - 2-3 years of experience in social media - Excellent copywriting, proofreading and editing skills - Fluent in English (both written and oral) - Creative spirit in social media field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the internal teams, Clients and the external providers - Strategic thinking and very good operational attitude - Throughout knowledge of the social media scenario, new trends and platforms - Ability to spot viral trends beforehand and act quickly to maximize traffic across social platforms - Social attitude and flexibility - High standards and an excellent attention to detail - Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Plus: knowledge/interest in Fintech, renewable and sports Altre informazioni: Nice to have: Knowledge of the main social media management and listening analysis tools (for example: Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Hootsuite, Sprinklr and others).
