POSITION OVERVIEW
In response to growth and evolving business needs, we are seeking a Beach Club Manager who is eager to join our Crew with a collaborative attitude, passion, and enthusiasm to provide exceptional service, ensuring attention to detail and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. The Beach Club Manager is responsible for the complete operational, logistical, and commercial management of the Beach Club. This role ensures an excellent guest experience while maximizing revenues and maintaining high operational standards.
WORK LOCATION
The position is open for our Ethra Reserve property, located in Puglia, Castellaneta Marina (TA).
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Oversee the full daily operation of the Beach Club, ensuring efficiency and service quality
Coordinate and supervise all operational teams, including porters (facchini), cleaning staff, bar waiters, floor waiters, and towel service staff
Manage and control beach logistics, including sunbeds, umbrellas, layout organization, and cleanliness
Supervise hostess activities, reservations, guest flow, and beach allocation
Ensure correct execution of bar and food service in coordination with the F&B; department
Be fully responsible for sales performance, revenue control, upselling strategies, and cashless/room charge procedures
Monitor stock levels, equipment, and consumables related to beach operations
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and VIP management on-site
Ensure compliance xlwpduy with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Coordinate with Hotel Management, GEX, F&B;, and Maintenance departments
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING
Degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in beach club, resort, or F&B; operations, with supervisory responsibilities
Strong operational, organizational, and leadership skills
Proven experience in sales management and revenue control
Excellent guest orientation and problem‑solving ability
Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
Ability to work outdoors, under pressure, and during peak seasonal operations
