Experteer Overview
In this role you partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to translate business needs into IT solutions and ensure ERP-based operations are well designed and integrated. You will sketch end-to-end processes across planning, inventory, manufacturing, logistics and quality, and lead ERP/APS/WMS/MES integration initiatives. You’ll collaborate with architects, developers and vendors to align architecture and drive continuous improvement. You will contribute to governance, testing, go-live readiness and overall operations landscape optimization.

- Act as a trusted partner to Operations stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into IT solutions
- Lead analysis and design of end-to-end processes across planning, inventory, manufacturing, logistics and quality
- Drive functional analysis for ERP-based operations aligned with global standards
- Support design, deployment and continuous improvement of APS, WMS and MES integrations with ERP
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, System Integrators, and Vendors to ensure coherent architecture and integrations
- Prepare BRD, FS, TS and process/integration diagrams
- Support project delivery activities including testing (SIT/UAT), defect triage and go-live readiness
- Contribute to governance and continuous improvement initiatives in the operations application landscape
Responsabilità
- 7+ years as IT Business Analyst in complex multinational or top-tier consulting/system integration environments
- Proven experience supporting large-scale enterprise operations and supply chain solutions
- Strong understanding of core operations processes: planning, inventory, manufacturing, inbound/outbound logistics, quality
- Solid experience with ERP environments and APS/WMS/MES integrations
- Strong knowledge of MES shop floor integration and ERP architecture alignment
- Preferred ERP: Oracle EBS Release 12.9
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management
