By joining the Payroll Team in Verona, you will work closely with leading companies, assisting them with an integrated compliance approach to administrative activities to translate the various legislative, regulatory and procedural requirements into accounting, tax and legal processes.Specifically, by joining the Verona team, you will be involved in payroll activities, including:In-depth analysis of the various issues inherent to the discipline of labor relations, as well as tax and contributory issues; Continuous monitoring of Italian and international regulations related to contractual, contributory and tax issues; Assistingin the analysis of payroll/contributory issues concerning personnel related to extraordinary operations; Providingsupport in the monthly processing of pay slips and management of annual and periodic compliances; Providingsupport in relation to the payroll delivery process (reporting,etc).Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristicsThis is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:a Bachelor's degree in business or legal subjects; a strong track record in payroll and contributions, preferably in professional firms; appropriate training and constant updates with respect to all labour laws and their correct application; excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel; flexibility, excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; excellent knowledge of English.
