Silvia Gnecchi is seeking a highly motivated and driven intern to join our team for a six-month structured internship starting on July 1st. This opportunity is designed to provide full immersion into the commercial side of the fashion industry, with a clear path toward becoming a B2B Sales Manager.
Candidate Profile:
Fluent in Italian and English (a third language is considered a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent attitude in high-pressure situations
Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive approach
Eagerness to learn and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Internship Overview:
The selected candidate will support our team across multiple phases of the seasonal sales and buying process, including:
Assisting in international and Italian B2B sales relationships
Participating in tradeshows in Milan, Paris, and Miami
Supporting the organization of events and brand collaborations
Engaging with the fashion calendar, from showroom setup to buyer appointments
Gaining exposure to key operational areas:
logistics, invoicing, sales, post-sales, and commercial follow-up
This internship is designed to offer a comprehensive understanding of the fashion sales cycle and develop practical skills across various aspects of the business.
