The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, is currently seeking an In-Person Sales Development Rep. for a prominent client of ours.

* Columbus, OH
* Birmingham, AL
* Spokane, WA
* Jackson, MS
* Greenville, SC
* Peru, IL


Details for the position are as follows:

* 3-month assignment, with possibility of extension based on market success, performance, and budget.
* Pay: $29.00/hr
* Remote, with heavy travel within the assigned territory.
* Travel mileage reimbursed.
* You will visit a high volume of restaurant prospects each week, introducing the client’s platform and securing qualified meetings for Outside Account Executives.
* You will be responsible for logging each visit, conversation, and outcome in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
* You will manage your daily route, prioritize visits, follow up with merchants via phone, text, and email, and track performance against weekly and monthly targets.


Job Description

Qualifications

* 2.5+ year of experience in outbound sales, canvassing, field marketing, or other customer-facing work driving new business or sign-ups
* Experience in restaurant, food & beverage, or local business environments is preferred
* Experience in B2B sales, outside/field sales
* Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Outreach is preferred
* Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Google Docs, etc)
* Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
* Willingness to work restaurant-friendly hours, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends
