What You'll Do
* Build and scale backend services using Python, Go, or Node.js
* Contribute to full‑stack features with TypeScript + React where applicable
* Design APIs, real‑time pipelines, and distributed systems for production workloads
* Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
* Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
* Influence architecture, tooling, and best practices in a fast‑growing startup environment
* Leverage AI‑assisted development tools like Cursor to speed up workflow
What We’re Looking For
* 4+ years of experience as a backend or full‑stack engineer
* Strong in Python, Go, or Node.js
* Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React/TypeScript) is a plus
* Experience in VC‑backed startups or scale‑ups
* Comfortable with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
* Strong fundamentals: distributed systems, APIs, databases
* Collaborative, self‑driven, and able to thrive in a fast‑moving startup environment
Bonus Points
* Experience in fintech, payments, or AI‑assisted tooling
* Exposure to event‑driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub)
* Experience contributing to developer tooling or internal frameworks
* Interest in using Cursor or other AI coding tools
* Prior scale‑up experience with high‑growth products
