Ph3Overview /h3 pThe Human Resources Manager has to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. /p pThe Human Resources Manager implements the people-related services, policies and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the CEO; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues. /p pHe / She will have to develop processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals. /p pThe Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. /p pHe / She participates actively to the budgeting process, business reviews and Group initiatives. /p pHe / she is key to accompany the transformation of the company. He / she highly contributes to the transformation of the company to make it more competitive. He / she will provide the CEO and his direct reports with an HR strategy which responds to the business issues. /p pHe / she must increase the level of managerial maturity and support the change management /p pThe HRM belongs to the steering committee.
