Ensure the appropriate support to end‑users by stream Provide training to end‑users Accountable for process solving issues Accountable for capturing incidents and defects raised by end‑user, analyzing the issue, identifying workaround and/or transmitting to the appropriate support team Accountable for testing of new functionalities or other upgrades of the solution Accountable for proposing solution improvement to the RBPE team Leader for data consistency by stream and perform survey for coherence of data with key users of other streams Manage the account access by stream according to the internal control rules Manage corrective action plan whenever needed Animate the key indicators – effectiveness metrics & KPI – by stream
