Responsibilities: Support the overall HR team with specific focus on recruitings, trainings and administration. Duties: Complete and revise the current wellbeing and employer branding projects; Collaborate with the HR Recruiter team in recruitment and employer branding activities; Support the implementation of the annual training plan; Make sure that Intern/Apprentice trainings and documents are aligned with labor law requirements; Support the Skills Matrix implementation collaborating with all Company Managers; Support HR Administration department (pension found, various letters etc) HR reporting Required competencies and skills: English Advanced knowledge; Excel Advanced knowledge; Power Point Intermediate knowledge; Communicate at different levels; Collaboration.
