You will oversee content production, digital storytelling, newsletters, social media management, and on-site event coverage. Event attendance is required when needed. /pstrongKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /strongstrongContent Creation /strongulliProduce high-quality content across Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, and digital platforms for both brands. /liliWrite, design, and deliver all newsletters (NSS + The Robin). /liliDevelop invitations, branded materials, and digital assets using Canva. /liliEdit short-form video content, including reels and event recaps. /li /ulstrongDigital Communications Social Media /strongulliManage the digital voice of both brands, ensuring consistency in tone and aesthetics. /liliBuild and maintain a weekly content calendar. /liliPublish content across all relevant platforms and oversee community engagement. /liliTrack analytics and provide monthly performance reporting. /li /ulstrongEvent Social Production /strongulliAttend selected events to capture live content (stories, reels, behind-the-scenes). /liliCoordinate photographers, videographers, and production teams. /liliManage delivery of final assets and oversee selections, edits, and approvals. /li /ulstrongDigital Operations /strongulliMaintain and update The Robin Members Area with programming, content, and member resources. /liliSupport content workflows, approvals, and scheduling across both brands. /liliEnsure all materials are delivered on time and reflect brand standards. /li /ulstrongRevenue Development (Year 2 Onwards) /strongulliIntroduce and manage paid newsletter placements. /liliSupport monetisation of digital platforms through partnerships and sponsored content. /liliCollaborate on building digital revenue opportunities for both brands. /li /ulstrongREQUIREMENTS /strongulliProven experience in content creation, digital communication, or social media management. /liliStrong writing skills in English and Italian. /liliExcellent visual taste and creative direction. /liliSkilled in Canva and basic video editing tools. /liliComfortable working strong4 days in-office /strong, 1 day remotely, and attending events as needed. /liliHighly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines. /liliA sense of ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. /li /ulpbr/p
