Join us and be part of a company that values creativity, agility, and impactful work.brWe are looking for a strongInside Sales Representative /strongto join our team in strongTreviso /strong, Italy.brstrongWhat will you be doing:br/strongulliResponsible for outbound/inbound communications (phone email) and contacting businesses and prospective/existing clients for the purpose of selling products. /liliConducts lead generation efforts to create and qualify leads and follows up on prospects. /liliCultivate and follow up on business leads. /liliFollow up on marketing campaigns /liliObtains names and contact information of potential customers from sales team, inbound inquiries, and purchased lists. /liliIdentify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions via up sell of additional products and/or services. /liliWorks closely with distributors. /liliSchedule sales appointments for field sales representatives. /liliInter-department communication – develops working relationships with other SolarEdge departments and takes the lead to resolve issues. /liliConsistently provides advanced, courteous and professional sales focused assistance to customers. /liliMeets activity based metrics. /liliMaintaining CRM database with leads and follow up as well as tracking revenue associated with leads.br/li /ulRequirements:brulliKnowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies /liliElectrical Technical Degree, Renewable Energy Degree, a plus! /lili1-3 years relevant experience in inside sales, promotions, telemarketing /liliAbility to reach the right person live – decision makers. /liliKnowledge of solar industry and related products/services is a plus /liliAbility to influence sales through telemarketing efforts /liliExcellent communication skills – written verbal in Italian and English /liliProven track record in sales results from telemarketing experience /liliOrganizad, details oriented /liliDemonstrates high energy, self-motivation and persistence /liliExperience working for an international organization – a plus! /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
