You'll own two critical functions as we scale from startup to category leader:
Tech Recruiting (60%)
* Build the machine that brings Europe's best engineering talent to Exein
* Own the full hiring process for backend, embedded, and security engineers
* Close hard-to-fill roles with a consultative, data-driven approach
* Scale hiring over the next 18 months
Employer Branding (40%)
* Position Exein as the destination for engineers who want to work on hard problems at scale
* Create content, events, and community initiatives that showcase our technical excellence
* Build our presence where top talent lives: conferences, open source, technical communities
* Turn our growth story into magnetic employer positioning
You are:
* Experienced tech recruiter (5+ years) with a track record in high-growth environments
* Coming from a European scale-up or fast-scaling tech company
* Equally comfortable sourcing passive candidates and building brand strategy
* Data-driven: you optimize funnels, track metrics, and iterate quickly
* A builder who thrives on ownership and creating processes from scratch
* Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
