Your role on our team:
\n
As a Market & Network Analyst the person will have to support the growth of our dealer network.
The role will support data analysis activities aimed at defining the business strategy, identifying new opportunities for territorial growth, and optimizing the performance of the existing network through predictive analytics and geo-marketing.
Main responsabilities:
- Territorial Analysis: Conduct geo-marketing studies to identify high-potential areas for network growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze commercial network KPIs (volumes, margins, market share) and produce periodic reports for Management.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop sales forecasting models based on market trends, historical data, and competitor behavior.
- Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights to optimize the allocation of commercial resources and regional budgets.
- CRM Management and Data Visualization: Maintain company databases and create intuitive dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Your profile:

Technical Requirements (Hard Skills):
- University degree in Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, macros).
- Experience with Data Visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and Geo-marketing tools (e.g. WIGeoweb).
- Fluent knowledge of English is a must
- Second language would be a plus
