Job Title: Final Signatory

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Final Signatory to support a leading pharmaceutical company on a 6-month remote contract. The ideal candidate will be based in Italy and qualified to certify promotional and non-promotional materials in line with AIFA regulations and the Farmindustria Code.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as Final Signatory in accordance with Italian regulatory requirements and Farmindustria Code.
* Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials across therapeutic areas.
* Provide compliance and strategic input to medical, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
* Ensure all materials meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to address risk areas.
* Support process improvements, training, and internal audits related to promotional compliance.
Requirements:
* Must be eligible to act as a Final Signatory in Italy under AIFA and Farmindustria requirements.
* Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related life sciences field.
* Strong understanding of Italian pharmaceutical regulatory landscape.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience:
* Proven experience as a Final Signatory within a global pharmaceutical setting.
* Familiarity with digital approval systems (e.g. Veeva PromoMats).
* Experience reviewing materials for product launches, medical education, and HCP engagement.
