Our work focuses on Customer Engagement, CRM systems, and IT transformation projects in areas such as Marketing Campaigns, Customer Journey, Customer Service, Sales, Post-Sales, Retail Execution, and Trade Promotion Management. We operate across Italy and internationally, serving major companies in sectors including Telecom, Media, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, Retail, and Fast Moving Consumer Goods in advanced technological environments. Your Role: Engage with clients to gather requirements. Prepare technical and functional documentation. Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions. Support clients and testing teams during application testing phases. Ideal Profile: At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM and TPM projects based on Salesforce Consumer Goods platform. Knowledge of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and TPM. Familiarity with Salesforce clouds such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud. Experience managing end-to-end processes from requirements gathering to deployment. Ability to produce technical and functional documentation. Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst and Salesforce Consumer Goods are a plus.
