Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society. /b pWe are looking for a/an Market Tendering Analyst to join our FE_WIBU team in Italy. /p h3Purpose of the position /h3 pThe role will act as internal support to the sales network for the analysis and management of opportunities related to public tenders and for the detailed analysis of investment plans of entities operating in the integrated water cycle sector. /p h3Your main tasks and responsibilities: /h3 h3Public Tender Intelligence: /h3 ul liCollect notifications of public tenders published on institutional websites and portals; /li liShare information with the sales network and gather feedback; /li liManage related information within the CRM. /li /ul h3Market Intelligence: /h3 ul liCollect investment plans from public entities; /li liShare information with the sales network and gather feedback; /li liManage related information within the CRM; /li liUpdate timelines for tender publication following project planning; /li liAnalyze and distribute tender awards to the sales network, preparing supporting presentations. /li /ul h3Management of Institutional Portals: /h3 ul liUpdate documentation on existing portals; /li liRegister on new portals; /li liSupport the legal department in preparing administrative documentation for tender participation. /li /ul h3Skills / Competencies / Qualifications: /h3 ul liDegree in Economics or similar; /li liAt least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position; /li liBasic knowledge of public procurement; /li liAbility to organize and update information, including developing new processes (proactivity); /li liFlexibility and organizational skills; /li liTeamwork ability and strong interpersonal skills (assertiveness); /li liExcellent knowledge of IT tools; /li liAnalytical mindset; /li liKwoledge of SalesForce will be considered a plus; /li liGood knowledge of English, both written and spoken. /li /ul pbr/No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role. /p h3Do you have a question about the role? /h3 pReach out to Riccardo Riva at or Hiring Manager – Tiziano Mirelli.
