Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Extruded Insulation Underground Cables Technological Evolution by managing the phases, studies, and tests relevant to development projects, mainly in the Affiliates Factories and in accordance with the planning agreed with the responsible for Underground Cable Technology and the relevant Product Development Manager.
- Assure the Technological Assistance during the Commissioning, Prototype Production, and Technological Approval phases during the start‑up of new Production Plants, including the issue of all relevant Technological Documents.
- Guarantee the correct and complete Technological Transfer during the introduction of new products in an Affiliate.
- Assure the updating and the maintenance of the Company Technological know‑how in the field of Terrestrial Extruded Insulation Cables.
- Guarantee technological assistance to Affiliates Factories, when required, during Extruded Insulation Terrestrial Cables production.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering or similar.
- Up to 3 years of experience as Process Engineer or other technical experience related to production process and/or machinery design.
- Technical requirements: MUST HAVE/NICE TO HAVE as per role’s needs.
- Soft skill requirements to be added according to role’s needs.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong teamwork skills, results‑oriented and ambitious mindset.
- Availability to travel worldwide (50% of working time).
- Driving licence required.
