Your Responsibilities
* Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
* Assist customers with delivery updates, shipment tracking, and service inquiries

* Collaborate with internal teams when necessary
Requirements
* Native / C2 level Italian
* Good level of English
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-focused mindset
* Willingness to relocate to Greece
