**Product Safety Coordinator** **_People and Passion are the greatest factors among our Company. If you share it, JOIN US!!_** **You**will carry on the following activities**: - Identify the legislative and regulatory framework applicable to the job order.
- Develop the process of Risk Assessment and identify the Risk Reduction actions required.
- Coordinate the functions of the BU in order to ensure that the actions of risk reduction needed are properly applied, in accordance with the applicable safety regulations.
- Coordinate the functions of BU in order to ensure that the processes of risk assessment and risk reduction are properly documented and consequently develop the technical dossier.
- Support and coordinate with business partners and suppliers in order to ensure that safety regulations are followed and that the safety requirements established by applicable legislation and by Tenova's policy were all satisfied.
- Verify that all the documentation relating to the Safety of the product of the Suppliers is complete and appropriate to the applicable regulations.
- Keep aware of best technologies applicable to the product for the reduction of risks.
- Keep aware of safety regulations applicable to the product and their subsequent amendments or additions.
- Attend to the project review meetings with the purpouse in order to allow a broader knowledge of safety in relation to the BU's pruduct.
- Plan and deliver the training to the staff of BU in order to allow a broader knowledge of safety in relation to the BU's product.
- Prepare the CE Conformity Declaration (or Declaration of Incorporation) to be related to customers. **Required profile**: - Degree in Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role; knowledge of reheating furnace or strip processing equipment or cold rolling and machinery is a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of basic information regarding equipment and components used in engineering and manufacturing activities.
- Knowledge of process, control, quality, electrical, etc. equipment specifications, suppliers and features (including equipment installation and components).
- Knowledge of techniques and principles of safety (law, regulations, etc.) and/or ability to manage health and safety activities for all employees.
- Knowledge of sector specific law (e.g. Engineering, safety reqs., Audit regulations, Insurance laws etc.) and knowledge standard specifications (e.g. plant layout requirements, etc.) including the ability to integrate these standards.
- Willingness to worldwide travel.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken is mandatory.
- Good inter-personal skills in combination with a strong self-supporting/ independent character and a good understanding of dynamic and challenging environments.
