Position Overview
The Amplifon Global Data team is seeking a Data Service Manager who will interact with Business and Development teams during both project and operational phases to manage release processes and enhance support services, ensuring service availability and continuity.
Main Responsibilities
1. Promote application and process improvements based on operational experience and customer feedback.
2. Prioritize issue analysis and resolution activities based on business context and criticalities.
3. Serve as the first point of contact for critical issues or improvement needs related to Amplifon Datawarehouse, marketing campaign platform, and their integrations.
4. Ensure service continuity by coordinating the release of enhancements and evolutions of data assets and complex enterprise campaign automation solutions, with a comprehensive understanding of Architecture, System Integration, Security, Performance, Scalability, and Reliability.
5. Act as the subject matter expert for client data and omni-channel marketing campaigns.
6. Collaborate with application development, enterprise architecture, technology teams, and vendors regularly.
7. Investigate application issues to determine root causes, resolve data issues, and recommend process changes to prevent reoccurrence.
8. Complete work on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.
Skills
1. Ability to prioritize assignments, handle shifting deadlines, and work independently as well as in a team environment.
2. Strong problem-solving skills.
3. Knowledge of general Business and CRM processes; highly appreciated in the Retail industry.
4. Business needs analysis—ability to define business requirements within their functional context.
5. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to drive projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
6. Ability to work flexibly in a rapidly changing corporate environment.
7. Work well under pressure to meet deadlines and manage business expectations.
8. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Understanding of relational databases.
10. Proven SQL knowledge.
11. Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud or other Omnichannel campaign systems (highly appreciated).
12. Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and DBT (highly appreciated).
13. Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI and Azure Analysis Services (highly appreciated).
Qualifications
2 years of experience in a functional analyst role, preferably in CRM or Campaign Management projects.
* 3-5 year degree in Computer Science or Economics preferred.
* Willingness to travel as required.
* Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
