RINA is currently recruiting for a Site Cost Controller to join a project in ROME within the Energy Project Solutions Division.
Mission
The Site Cost Controller plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe execution of activities at the site. The individual should be dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Effective communication and collaboration with managers, along with proactive problem-solving, are essential for success in this role.
Key Accountabilities
We are looking for a Cost Controller to manage and control all project documentation, ensuring it is properly maintained, organized, and distributed.
Work Location depending on project assignment can be Milan or Monfalcone.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Control project documentation across multiple projects
2. Prepare and update document control procedures
3. Provide document control support to projects
4. Produce document progress reports for Project Managers
5. Ensure documentation meets customer quality standards
6. Create document control and correspondence folders
7. Collaborate with Project Managers
Requirements:
8. Education: Technical High School Diploma
9. Skills: Proficiency in foreign languages (preferably English), basic understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning documents, excellent MS Office skills, good knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, and familiarity with document management systems (EDMS)
10. Experience: At least 1 year in document management roles in EPC projects preferably 3 years in the Oil & Gas industry

Qualifications
