H3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3pThe HS Manager acts as RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione dei rischi) as defined by Italian law.brThey are responsible for implementing the group’s HS “OPS Fit Out” program in Italy, working closely with all stakeholders: Data4 staff (especially Operations and Fit Out teams), contractors, clients, etc., in compliance with all applicable regulations and as part of a continuous improvement approach. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3h3Strategy: /h3ulliParticipate in the review of the HS policy /liliContribute to the development and review of the annual HS program /liliDefine and lead the organizational structure (HS committee, meetings, processes, KPIs, etc.) for deploying the HS program /liliCollaborate closely with the HS Manager “Construction” Italy on interface topics between Construction, Fit Out, and OPS, as well as HS awareness initiatives /liliWork with HS peers in other countries to improve processes and define best practices /liliReport to the Group HS Manager on implementation status and escalate any difficulties to jointly define solutions /liliIdentify risk factors, assess risks, and implement health and safety measures in compliance with legislation /liliDevelop and maintain safety procedures /liliPropose and organize training and information programs for employees /liliParticipate in HS consultations and annual reviews /liliProvide employees with clear information on: /liliGeneral health and safety risks /liliEmergency procedures (first aid, fire, evacuation) /liliDesignated emergency personnel /liliRSPP staff and occupational doctor /liliSpecific risks and corresponding prevention rules /liliHazards from dangerous substances (if applicable) /liliPrevention and protection actions implemented /li /ulh3On-site Activities: /h3ulliConduct HS audits and log findings in JIRA /liliEnsure risk analyses for High-Risk Activities (HRA) are completed and that related measures are integrated into MOPs /liliAssign green/yellow/red safety cards as appropriate /liliConduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for incidents and near-misses /liliOversee HS action plans and track via JIRA /liliDefine and implement HS awareness actions and tools /liliCreate HS procedures, instructions, posters, etc. /liliPropose and manage appropriate PPE for Data4 employees /liliLead evacuation drill planning and execution /liliContribute to the update of the Fire Safety Plan /li /ulh3Administrative Tasks: /h3ulliMonitor regulatory compliance and maintain awareness of HS legal updates /liliUpdate regulatory documents and those required by the Integrated Management System (IMS), e.g., Risk Assessment Document, Prevention Plans /liliEnsure ISO 45001 compliance across countries where the group operates /liliMaintain HS dashboards and KPIs /liliManage the HS document database to ensure proper organization and accessibility /liliPropose training actions for Data4 teams /liliContribute to the improvement of HS tools /liliParticipate in the annual HS budget planning /liliManage OPEX and CAPEX files related to HS initiatives (quotes, purchase orders, invoice tracking, etc.) /liliServe as the HS point of contact for safety committees, labor inspectors, and official/legal entities /liliRepresent and defend Data4’s HS positions with clients and contractors /li /ulpRESPONSIBILITES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS diploma (minimum) plus certified completion of training courses on workplace risks and safety, including:ulliRisk prevention /liliErgonomics and stress /liliOrganizational and technical-administrative management /liliCommunication and trade union relationsbrOR /li /ul /liliExperience in one of the above HS roles for at least six months before August 13, 2003, along with appropriate trainingbrOR /liliA degree in one of the following fields: L7, L8, L9, L17, L23 or a Master’s in LM26, or an equivalent recognized qualification /liliMinimum 5 years’ experience required /liliProven experience in operational HS management on technical sites involving construction, industrial building management, contractors, and client operations /li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3ulliAbility to understand and implement labor law and HS best practices (e.g., INRS) /liliKnowledge of and experience with ISO 45001 /liliFamiliarity with continuous improvement tools: FMEA, 5M, Root Cause Trees, PDCA /liliHS
