Position: Electric Maintenance Technician
Based in Latina, we are seeking a maintenance technician for the Borgo San Michele production site, to be employed on a 12-month fixed-term contract in the production area.
Purpose
The production area is responsible for organizing and managing the production flow to ensure the supply of products with the appropriate quality levels, safety standards, and cost considerations.
Responsibilities
* Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment;
* Collaborate with departments involved in installation, qualification, and commissioning of new equipment;
* Conduct tests and make necessary modifications during new product launches;
* Support process improvement initiatives;
* Record activities in MES and SAP systems;
* Read and interpret manuals and work orders for maintenance and service tasks;
* Apply safety procedures to all work activities;
* Assist warehouse in sourcing spare parts;
* Actively support supervision in EHS and Quality activities;
* Comply with all GMP and EHS procedures.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Diploma in industrial technical institute or similar;
* Previous experience as an electrical maintenance technician in pharmaceutical, industrial plant, or related sectors with PES/PAV/PEI certification;
* Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics;
* Ability to troubleshoot and replace faulty electrical components;
* Knowledge of programmable logic systems;
* Proficiency in MS Office;
* Good command of English language.
