Corporate finance process controller (bardi)

We are Hiring
Mapei is looking for aCorporate Finance Process Controllerto join our Finance & Controlling team and support the continuous improvement, harmonization, and governance of our financial processes across the Group.
ACorporate Finance Process Controlleris expected todesign, monitor, and improve financial processesacross the organization.
This includes ensuring that all finance workflows arestandardized, compliant, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Mapping and documenting finance processes
Ensuring process compliance across countries/business units
Identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements
Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems
Monitoring adherence to corporate finance policies
Collaborate with IT on system enhancements, testing, and alignment of finance processes with ERP functionalities
Performing process checks and variance investigations
Provide guidance and training to local finance teams on corporate standards and process updates.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in accounting, controlling, or financial process analysis.
Strong understanding of financial processes (closing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting).
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment.
Experience in themanufacturing sectoris a strong plus.
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
Mandatory availability to travel internationally.
