This innovative organisation develops advanced satellite platforms alongside next-generation technologies supporting the future of space exploration.Operating with a fully integrated, “end-to-end” model -from concept and design through to qualification and in-orbit operations - they are known for delivering high-performance, agile space solutions.As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a talentedRF Engineerto join their Telecommunications team, contributing to the design and development of advanced RF systems for space applications.You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking engineering environment where innovation, ownership, and continuous learning are actively encouraged.The RoleAs anRF Engineer, you will be involved in the design, development, and validation of RF subsystems, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust and high-performance space-grade communication solutions.Key responsibilities include:Analysing system-level requirements and defining technical specificationsTranslating requirements into board-level architecture and hardware designProducing and managing technical documentation (design descriptions, ICDs, verification plans, test procedures, etc.)Designing RF front-end architectures (MMIC/HMIC-based: HPA, LNA, mixers, oscillators, PLLs, etc.)Supporting schematic capture and PCB layout activitiesPerforming simulations and preliminary validation (EMC, thermal, power derating, etc.)Defining and executing RF test campaigns, including setup and procedure developmentCharacterising high-frequency components and systems (up to 40 GHz), including S-parameters, noise figure, and phase noiseYour BackgroundDegree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related STEM discipline~3+ years of experience in RF front-end development (space, aerospace, or similar high-reliability sectors preferred)Strong communication skills in EnglishKey Skills & ExperienceExperience in RF product development, ideally within aerospace, defence, or avionicsStrong proficiency with RF design and simulation tools (e.G.
