Areas that play to your strengths: All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Talent Attraction: Lead recruiting processes from the initial briefing to the hiring Assist in the process of developing and updating job descriptions Publish advertisements on specific recruiting channels, ATS and screen CVs Manage contacts with recruiting agencies and headhunters Keep recruiting files up to date Organisational Development & Culture: Responsible for Onboarding of new starters, also support the onboarding process collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain such induction as smooth as possible Take part into the optimization process of our Onboarding and Internal Communication processes Your areas of knowledge and expertise: - University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Economics, Law or Political Science Degree or related field. - Availability to work from the UK branch offices up to 2 weeks per month. - Previous experience in recruitment in a consultancy sector, or in a HR department of a fast-paced and international environment is mandatory. - Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and under minimum supervision. - Good work planning skills according to emerging priorities. - Solid communication skills and a flexible mindset. - The position is based in Faenza (Italy) and regular business travels to the UK branch (Bicester) are required.
