Ph3Job Description /h3 pThe candidate will ensure technical support providing product design for new and existing applications, ensuring optimal product suitability to customer needs. /p pThe position will report to Global Application Engineering Drive Design Manager PT and will have an international reach. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCandidate will give technical support and develop major Power Transmission engineering projects, cooperating closely with OEM customers but also with Distribution and End Users. /li liAbility to develop new custom‑made products by interacting internally with RD/Process Engineering/Quality. /li liSupport the Pricing Office with technical evaluations of tooling, production steps, and process times required for product cost estimation. /li liAssists in solving technical or quality problems if linked to product and application design. /li liManage customer sampling requests and oversee the sampling process. /li liPromotes the Company’s technical solutions among sales team and to selected key accounts to support sales network, including product training and main commercial initiatives. /li liCooperate with marketing team to create and prepare training and technical material: data sheet and support to technical catalogues. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMechanical Engineer degree or similar technical graduation. /li liMinimum of 3 years of previous relevant business experience. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /li liLanguage required: English and Italian mandatory. /li liStrong computer skills and experience with MS Office software, excellent Excel, PowerPoint and SolidWorks skills. /li liSelf‑managed, team player with a passion for team success. /li liStrong organization and time management skills required.
