We seek a proactive and results-driven Freelance Business Development Representative to generate qualified leads and build new opportunities for Jeenka's digital services.
This freelance, project-based role with performance-based compensation is ideal for independent professionals skilled in outbound outreach and lead qualification.
Responsibilities
* Identify and research target prospects (primarily in the DACH region and Italy).
* Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and other direct channels with personalised, high-converting messages.
* Qualify leads according to the BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing).
* Schedule initial briefings with the Jeenka team, transferring full context via CRM or internal format.
* Operate independently with ownership of your outreach strategy and schedule.
* Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in digital services or tech / SaaS.
* Ability to work autonomously and structure your workflow.
* Fluency in English and proficiency in Italian or German are mandatory.
* Strong written communication skills, especially in outreach messaging.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn outreach tools.
* Understanding digital services (web, marketing, AI, automation) is a strong asset.
* Performance-based fee : fixed amount per qualified lead (BANT) + success bonus on closed deals.
* Complete autonomy : no fixed hours or location constraints.
