SALES & MARKETING CONTROLLER

Our client, a leading player in the industrial raw materials sector and headquartered in the heart of Genoa, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Controller.
\n
Within the Marketing Department, you will support the team in monitoring commercial performance and supporting budgeting, reporting and analysis processes. The experience will offer a concrete insight into the functioning of a controlling department in a multinational context and the opportunity to develop key skills in the management and interpretation of corporate data.
\n
YOUR ROLE
\n
Supporting sales team and other company's functions through timely high quality provision, analysis and reporting of market-related information, including monitoring of competitive and downstream environment, market balance and price outlooks.
\n
KEY FUNCTIONS
\n
· Provision and analysis of pricing, market balance information for company's markets (Italy, Germany, UK, Belgium, Europa Est, Spain,...)
\n
· Standard and on demand reporting on the operative market information, medium-long term trends
\n
· Forecasting of price and key market parameters on various horizons
\n
· Development and execution of multi-layer reports and presentations for operative and strategic decisions
\n
· Development and execution of long-term marketing strategy
\n
· Participation in various business and product development projects with internal and external teams
\n
KEY REQUIREMENTS
\n
· Master Degree in Economics or Marketing or Business Administration or Statistics
\n
· Native/bilingual or professional knowledge in Italian with English fluent
\n
· Advanced user of MS Office software and main analytical tools (as Power BI)
\n
· Experience with various data analysis platforms (MySQL, SAP, etc.)
\n
· Critical and analytical thinking: manage, analyze and comment data.
\n
