Main Responsibilities
The Finance Manager will lead financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business performance within a dynamic and growing environment.
The Finance Manager will play a strategic role supporting General Management and driving financial governance for the business unit.
In detail:
* Co-manage P&L objectives together with General Management
* Ensure accounting accuracy and timely closing processes
* Lead financial analysis, performance management, pricing, and working capital
* Implement tools and systems (ERP, Power BI) to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making
* Identify and drive operational improvements within the finance area
* Coordinate and develop finance teams and plant controllers
Requirements
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines
* More than 7 years of financial leadership experience in industrial and manufacturing environments
* Experience in full P&L management
* Strong skills in financial modeling, margin analysis, and business performance
* Knowledge of ERP and Power BI
* Knowledge of US GAAP
* Fluent in English
