Role Overview As an Integration Specialist for Infor LN and peripheral systems, you will define and implement data integration architectures to meet IT and business objectives across enterprise systems. If you enjoy communication, problem-solving, and data analysis, we encourage you to apply! Key Responsibilities Participate in and/or lead the planning of integration projects. Design and develop integration solutions using Infor LN development technologies (BDEs, BODs) and invoke third-party APIs (SOAP/REST). Research and recommend integration products and services. Collaborate with IT application development teams, functional leads, and system administrators to implement future technology solutions. Stay updated on new technical features and implement them within our application portfolio. Document configuration, operation, and monitoring procedures for integration solutions. Contribute to technology standards, reviews, and defining future states. Build relationships with software vendors to understand and provide feedback on their integration capabilities. Implement audit, logging, and monitoring for integration systems. Identify opportunities to enhance business processes through integration and minimize impacts where necessary. Assess workflows to resolve data inconsistencies. Guide other Applications Department members when needed. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. Experience with Infor ERP and enterprise application integrations. Expertise in ERP development (Tables, Sessions, UI/DAL/Library Scripts, Extensions, BDEs, BODs). Proficiency with Infor ION Desk, ION API, and C4WS. Knowledge of API protocols (SOAP/REST) and data formats (XML, JSON). Experience linking cross-functional applications. Skills in requirements analysis, business process modeling, and data mapping. Understanding of security in integrations (authentication, authorization, encryption).
