Job Description DXC Technology looking for a Business Analyst / PMO to be involved in our teams. Responsibilities
Assist in interviewing clients, identifying business issues and proposing solutions. Assist in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.) by creating roadmaps describing as‑is and to‑be customer environments. Contribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals. Assist team members in producing functional requirements for software development. Identify and manage changes to requirements and identify risks for the company’s clients. Effectively manage client’s expectations.
Education and Skills
Typically, a degree in a technical or business discipline. Experience in the role in public sector field. Proactive approach, Data Driven, ability to work in team and good communication skills.
Work Location Naples with Smart Working Possibility Offer Package The position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €46,000. Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l’industria metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti) and based on objective and gender‑neutral criteria, including responsibility, experience and skills.
