Overview Shopper Activation Manager Are you passionate about bringing shopper journeys to life and driving impact at retail? In this role, you will be the key link between marketing strategy and in-store execution, ensuring that our brands win in every channel. You will be responsible for translating zone marketing plans into powerful omnichannel shopper activation programs that inspire, engage, and convert — executed with excellence across the customer journey. Responsibilities Based on Personal Health Cluster Strategy and brand strategy, develops and implements Local Shopper Activation Plan in the market (LSAP). Lands Retail Channel Shopper toolkits and Point Of Sales catalogues into relevant customers plans for respective retail channels, aligned with sales team channelization. Plans, manages, and optimizes the Advertising & Promotion budget to maximize impact on the Explore and Convert layers of the Consumer Decision Journey and looks for efficiencies by reducing non-working spend. Translates (or when needed, transcreates), produces, and executes in-store excellence and digital excellence assets with precision - use learnings to drive improvement. Leads, orchestrates and delivers internal and external retail trainings (covering portfolio, New Product Introductions, and shopper marketing capabilities) aimed at training shop assistants. Works closely with Consumer Marketing Managers, Key/Strategic Account Managers, Shopper Excellence & Ccategory experts, and the central shopper marketing team to continuously improve assets and optimize budget efficiency. Actively participates in zone squads for respective retail channels. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration with a major in Marketing or Trade Marketing). 3 years’ experience in Marketing and/or Commercial roles within FMCG or Small Personal Care Appliances industries. Proven ability to work effectively as a team player, building trust and collaboration. High analytical skills with a proven track record, including strong Excel expertise. An ownership mindset, strong results orientation, and negotiation skills. Excellent presentation and communication skills. A global mindset with cultural agility, a consumer-centric approach, and a data-driven decision-making style. Fluency in English in addition to Italian as local language.
