Who are we looking for?
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A strong motivation for learning and continuous improvement.
Required technical skills
Basic knowledge of industrial processes and main quality tools (FMEA, 5 Why, 8D).
Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Native Italian speaker with a good knowledge of English.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
The position offers direct employment with the company under an apprenticeship contract.
Responsibilities
Support daily quality management and compliance activities.
Evaluate supplier compliance by reviewing certificates, declarations, and technical documentation, maintaining direct contact with suppliers for any required updates or integrations.
Support the continuous improvement of company processes, ensuring documentation is updated and traceable in line with the ISO 9001 quality management system.
Support the maintenance of compliance with European and international regulations (e.g., REACH, RoHS, TSCA, Conflict Minerals).
Participate in the management of non‐conformities, collaborating in the analysis and resolution of customer complaints, from registration through to closure.
