In this global role, you will contribute to global growth in selected industry segments such as oil & gas, chemicals, PtoX & gases, water & waste water. You will act as a key technical partner for Sales focusing, but not limited to Central and South European market, supporting the development of compelling automation solutions and value propositions for customers You will operate at the intersection of technology, sales, and customer value, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with customer needs. This role can be based in one of the following European locations: Nanterre, Madrid, or Milan. Your Main Responsibilities Act as the technical solution partner for Sales, supporting daily sales activities with strong technical expertise Work closely with Operations, R&D;, and Sales to design the technical architecture of customer solutions Build customer value propositions, ensuring solutions deliver measurable benefits while remaining cost-aware Manage the automation offering and provide technical expertise for industry-specific solution road-maps ( e.g. biorefineries, chemicals, PtoX & gases, water & waste water) Generate sales and marketing materials and customer reference stories together with marketing team Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, and technical discussions, often being on the customer frontline Contribute to global business development, supporting opportunities across Europe and beyond Ensure the solution design aligns with project delivery capabilities and EPC environments What We Are Looking For 5–8 years of experience in automation, process indu
