PARAGON 700 BOUTIQUE HOTEL & SPA is looking for a FRONT OFFICE MANAGER You will be responsible for the operations, strategies and development of our Front Office department, ensuring the highest standards of service. Main duties & responsibilities: - Responsible for Front Office effective management and Guest service delivery. He/she will be the role model of Paragon 700 service style: great attention to customization of Guest service and interaction and exquisite knowledge of the location. - Responsible for leading the department in order to reach financial, quality and people objectives. Assure that all finance and department procedures are followed - Dealing with customers, including handling complaints - Responsible for occupancy and room revenue. Development of profit improvement ideas. - Responsible for suggesting inputs for Front Office budgeting and forecasting. - Proactive in suggesting ideas to improve guest service and hotel profit. - Be a role model for team development and produce evidence of professional growth of team members - Have effective communication skills, communicate clearly and in a appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally) Requirements: Experience required: - Knowledge of Hotel Management software; - Knowledge of ProtelAir PMS and SimpleBooking systems is an advantage; - Knowledge of Sales strategies and marketing policies; - Knowledge of OTA and Channel Manager - Fluent in English and Italian. A third language is preferred; - Professional experience in 5* Boutique Hotel in the same role (min 2 years).
