In this role, you will be part of the Technical Service Organization, reporting directly to a Manufacturing Engineering Sr Mgr. You will act as a partner and advisor to the Sr Mgr. Building strong relationships with Site Leadership and other members of the Technical Service organization is essential for success. You will coordinate a unit of around 100 staff, divided into sub-teams.

Leading a team of highly specialized technical experts, you will serve as a confident, collaborative, and problem-solving leader who can effectively manage pressure and balance the dual responsibilities of customer satisfaction and compliance.
Key Activities :
* Daily maintenance coordination for sterile and packaging production lines
* Daily maintenance coordination for production utilities (solution preparation, autoclave)
* Preventive maintenance planning
* Applying TPM methodology to packaging and sterile production departments
* Leading a team based on maintenance team leaders and their respective working teams
* Technical interaction with suppliers for problem solving and potential line upgrades
* Collaborating with internal departments such as Planning, TT, QA, and Production
* Interacting with clients for problem solving and line upgrades
Requirements :
* Prior experience leading maintenance teams in large manufacturing facilities
* Experience in sterile environments is essential; biologics and vaccine experience is preferred
* Proven experience across operations, including validation, maintenance services, and customer focus
* Experience with continuous improvement and efficiency processes
