We are looking for a Customer Fulfillment Team Leader to join our Direct Order and Contract Management Team .
In this role, you will advise Sales on the orchestration of complex deals, monitor the end-to-end Quote to Invoice process, and manage critical exceptions and escalations. You will act as a senior advisor and trainer for colleagues within the team, controlling key activities such as credit/debit management and terminations.

Your main responsibilities will be:
* Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Service on complex deals.
* Involve other stakeholders to ensure the impact on the end-to-end process is understood.
* Ensure non-standard terms and conditions are approved and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
* Communicate roll-out plans to ensure successful execution.
* Monitor the end-to-end process and analyze relevant reports.
* Identify and manage opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
* Manage critical exceptions and escalations.
* Support and train colleagues within the team.
* Determine, validate, and trigger the mass update and baseflow process.
* Approve credit/debit transactions.
* Validate terminations.
* Participate actively in the expert community and share best practices with other NSOs.
* Align with the central team to ensure Pan-European processes are followed where applicable.
* Ensure contracts are price indexed and/or prolonged in line with relevant Terms & Conditions.
