The team works cross‐functionally with Amazon's businesses globally, enabling new market or business model launches as part of enterprise programs. It partners integrally with the CFO organization worldwide, supporting central finance functions and line‐of‐business leadership.Key Job ResponsibilitiesLead the support and operation of e‐Business suite modules within the procure‐to‐pay, order‐to‐cash, and report‐to‐report business processes.Provide end‐user support, problem management and operational enhancements across multiple applications and geographies.Interact with business customers to understand and document their processes and requirements.Perform gap analysis to determine e‐Business suite configuration and development changes.Design and implement system modifications including code, design and new features.Research, document and resolve Oracle system issues in collaboration with business customers, developers and Oracle Support.Create SQL queries against Oracle tables to troubleshoot, develop metrics and generate ad‐hoc reporting.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.Excellent problem‐solving skills.Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Proficiency in Oracle e‐Business Suite, especially in the areas of Receivables, Cash Management, General Ledger, Procurement, Payables, iExpenses and Fixed Assets.Experience working with Oracle Financials in a multi‐organization and multi‐set‐of‐books environment.Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct root‐cause analysis and complex problem solving.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate across functional and technical lines.Preferred QualificationsFour or more years of focused experience extending and supporting Oracle Financials.Deep technical knowledge of the underlying tables, integration points and technology processes.Ability to work independently with limited general supervision.Experience driving consensus when conflicting requirements are identified.Demonstrated ability to deliver highly available and scalable global solutions.EEO StatementAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
