Corporate finance process controller (bardi)

PpMapei is looking for a bCorporate Finance Process Controller /b to join our Finance Controlling team and support the continuous improvement, harmonization, and governance of our financial processes across the Group.
/p pA bCorporate Finance Process Controller /bis expected to bdesign, monitor, and improve financial processes /b across the organization.
This includes ensuring that all finance workflows are bstandardized, compliant, and efficient /b.
/p ul liMapping and documenting finance processes /li liEnsuring process compliance across countries/business units /li liIdentifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements /li liEnsuring data accuracy and consistency across systems /li liMonitoring adherence to corporate finance policies /li liCollaborate with IT on system enhancements, testing, and alignment of finance processes with ERP functionalities /li liPerforming process checks and variance investigations /li liProvide guidance and training to local finance teams on corporate standards and process updates.
/li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in accounting, controlling, or financial process analysis.
/li liStrong understanding of financial processes (closing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting).
/li liFamiliarity with ERP systems.
/li liAnalytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
/li liAbility to work cross-functionally in an international environment.
/li liExperience in the bmanufacturing sector /b is a strong plus.
/li liFluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
/li libMandatory availability to travel internationally /b.
