Help digitalize the public administration (PA)

As a member of KPMG’s Government team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by personally contributing to the redesign of your country’s public service delivery models, while rapidly developing your skills in a dynamic and highly professional environment.
You will engage daily with the strategic dimensions of public administration, including:
* Developing and implementing digital strategies;
* Redesigning the citizen/user experience;
* Structuring service delivery processes and their supporting information systems;
* Creating performance management frameworks

For our offices in Verona and Bolzano, we are seeking driven and accountable professionals who are eager to change the system. They must be goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and highly motivated team players.
Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics
This successful candidate has:
* a degree in business and/or engineering management;
* over 1 year of experience, preferably with a consulting company and/or supporting the PA;
* studies preferably focused on: business organization/administration, finance and control/organization of public administrations/digital transformation/public procurement;
* an excellent knowledge of Italian, German, and English.
