A Lead Design Strategist who will define and implement a design vision for our products that align with user needs and business goals and create outstanding user experiences. Design intuitive, visually compelling solutions for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and web-based apps that simplify complex workflows while maintaining consistency and usability across platforms.
What You Will Do
Advocate for Accessibility and Usability. Ensure designs are inclusive, accessible, and informed by user-centered principles.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally. Partner with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver impactful solutions from concept to implementation.
Skills You'll Need To Have
Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead user testing, analyze insights, and iterate on designs to continuously improve satisfaction and engagement.
Ensure Seamless Implementation: Work closely with engineers to deliver polished, high-quality implementations of your designs, addressing technical challenges proactively.
