If you're looking for a role where you can combine analytical skills with business acumen and cross-functional collaboration, this is the opportunity for you! **Your role** Reporting to the **Product & Services Marketing Director** and collaborating with the **Group Pricing Expert**, you'll define and implement the pricing strategy for Lyreco Italy, ensuring alignment with the Group's vision while optimizing pricing intelligence within the Marketing team to support business decisions. Key responsibilities include: - Leading **pricing strategy execution**, ensuring market competitiveness.
- Acting as the **local** **single point of contact for pricing across the company**, managing annual processes and daily support, while also drafting policies and procedures, also in collaboration with Group.
- Collaborating with **Commercial, Sales, and Marketing teams** to optimize sales performance, margin and price variation.
- Analysing market trends and adjusting **price lists** with **Category/Product Managers**.
- Managing **pricing & benchmark tools, and key data** (customer segmentation, product sensitivity, peer pricing and minimum price threshold).
- Developing **dashboards & reports** to monitor pricing KPIs.
- Overseeing pricing administration in **SAP** and supporting strategic improvements.
- Occasionally interacting with **consultants and customers** for pricing insights.

- Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 5+ years' experience in pricing, business analysis, marketing analytics, or business intelligence.
- Proficient in MS365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI).
