Position: HR Administration – Cost & Analytics

We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of HR Administration – Cost & Analytics. The employment will be permanent, with compensation based on skills and experience.
Main Responsibilities
1. Supervise the accuracy and timeliness of all personnel administration processes and legal compliance related to employees and collaborators.
2. Oversee communication flows related to hiring/termination/changes to payroll; manage payroll processing with external service providers.
3. Maintain accurate records of employee data (both paper and electronic), including personal details, employment contracts, salary information, promotions, and terminations.
4. Supervise the drafting of employment contracts and related documentation.
5. Manage administrative activities related to absences, holidays, sick leave, and leaves of absence in accordance with applicable collective bargaining agreements (CCNL).
6. Develop, implement, and communicate company policies and procedures to employees, providing support and guidance to both staff and HR managers.
7. Provide employees with information regarding their employment relationship.
8. Assist in workforce planning and HR cost budgeting, including monthly variance analysis.
9. Develop and implement data analysis systems to improve efficiency and statistical quality.
10. Ensure compliance with regulatory updates related to CCNL.
11. Manage administrative aspects of compensation and bonus programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Solid experience in workforce forecasting and budgeting.
2. Deep knowledge of labor cost calculation logic.
3. Supervisory skills and experience managing administrative processes related to employees.
4. Extensive knowledge of labor laws and the Italian CCNL for Commerce.
5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
6. Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
7. Teamwork orientation, precision, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, flexibility, critical thinking, and proactive attitude.
8. Curiosity and commitment to ongoing professional development.
Requirements
1. Degree in Economic or Legal disciplines.
2. At least 5 years of experience in personnel administration and labor cost management.
